We started out with a few appetizers: the Mazza platter - hummus, baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves, falafel and taboulli; fool - which is a fava bean salad with parsley, tomato, and onion; and kibbeh -- ground lamb mixed with bulgur wheat.
For our main dishes, I got vegetarian kibbeh - which was potato and spinach with spices baked with crust.
Tricia got kofta over fatoosh salad, Frank also got the kofta except with hummus, and redneckhunter, meat-eater that he is, got the mixed grill - chicken kabob, kofta, and shawarma.

Lebanese food is always delish....... especially thanks to garlic put nearly everywhere!
The father (or someone in the family) was a police officer, hence the name Headquarters. I remember that from going to that restaurant probably 10 years ago. It's been around forever!
Wow interesting - thanks for the info!
Yes, the guy who owned it prior to my mom is in the FBI so hence the name. Not too sure, but it makes sense. Hope everyone enjoys the food! We serve it with love :)
I was a friend of the previous owner and worked the restaurant at one time. As he put it to me, when they were first creating the restaurant and working every night to get things finished for opening, Their wives would call late at night asking when they were coming home so when they answered the phone they would say “Headquarters” and one of the members of this group was in fact a police officer, however the way it was put to me, that had little to do with it.
