As I mentioned last week, I said I would be back at the lovely Cafe Chloe in San Diego. I landed in town around 1pm and after checking into the hotel, I wandered over to Chloe for lunch. It was quiet and relaxed.Here is the the macaroni, pancetta & gorgonzola gratin - it was delicious and cheesy. I picked the crusty cheese bits off the side when I finished.
I finished lunch off with the affogatto, basically a scoop of vanilla ice cream you poured espresso over and then you could either eat or drink it. Yummy!Tomorrow, breakfast!
