$1 Canadian for sausage on a stick was too good to pass up when we were walking around Marché Jean-Talon in Montreal.I got canard (duck), cerf (deer), merguez (lamb), and sanglier (boar)- my favorite was the lamb.
In the spirit of Tony Bourdain, food as adventure. Try everything twice in case it was made wrong the first time. Eat without fear or prejudice.
